The agencies most successful in implementing the Institute process are those that provide workers’ compensation training for everyone who is involved in Workers’ Comp. The Institute offers a four-session online course for account managers (CSR):

In order to qualify for the CWCS designation, there must be at least one CWCA in your agency, and your agency must be a member in good standing with the Institute.
